タイトルを読むと輸出管理当局から武器輸出禁止法で違反容疑で音亀を食らう羽目になりそうで
あるがついにやってしまったのだ、、、とほほほ！！！！
There is no problem though it seems to become a violation from the export management authorities by
the arms embargo method if the title is read because it is a radio controller model.
といってもラジコン模型飛行機での話しなのでまったく問題ないので安心してもらいたい。
数年まえ開発したF117ステルス戦闘機のRCモデルを米国のRCモデルHPに紹介したのだが
反響は大きかったがその後、わが海軍の戦闘艦の開発と建造で忙しくてバージョンアップが
出来ない状態にあった。、、、It was in the state that the upgrade was not able to be done by developing and

先日、米国のとあるRCモデラーW.E.B氏からメールがあり、その後F117はどうなってる？の問い合わせがあり、上記の理由を語ったら、私のかわりにF117改造をやらしてほしいとの話になった。

しかしながら、私のF117はよほどの工作技術がないと改造は不可能だと回答したら、
W.E.B氏いわく、何でもアメリカの航空機メーカー（B．A．C社）でエンジニアを３０年やってきたので
腕には自信があるとのことである。When you answer remodeling if my F117 doesn't have a great construction

私のF117の製作方法は模型といえども独自の制作方法を工夫し、開発した。The manufacturing method of my F117 devised, and developed an original

W.E.B氏を信用し、製作図面と製造方法にかんして、他へ情報を漏らさないこと、W.E.B氏の改造したノウハウは私に全て供与することを条件にF117の軍事技術供与にかんして合意と相成った。
