どうやら、小笠原超高速船のコンペの結果が決まったそうだ。
一位指名はリンマユナイテッドのアルミ船体構造の案となってしまったようだ。それは
四角い形の従来SES型の従来デザインを踏襲するものであった。これが２００５年秋小笠原航路就航のTSL テクノスーパーライナーのデザイン案として決定されたのだ。
残念！！！！理由は我がSkyex高速船舶研究所案が最有力候補であったが造船職人組合の思わぬ抵抗勢力に合い、残念ながら第２位落選となったという次第である。
しかし、担当大臣は２０１０年就航予定の小笠原丸Ⅱでの採用としかるべきCFRP造船構造
の技術開発に国と業界を挙げて取り掛かる特別プロジェクト発足を約束してくれた。そして
その船体デザインに我がSkyex案を採用を取り付けてくれたのがせめてもの救いであった。
